Shipping & Returns

All paintings will be shipped with a tracking number within 7 days of purchase. I will get your painting to you as soon as possible. As I am based in the UK, most orders are International, and are shipped with Fedex International Economy and will normally arrive with 10-14 days.

It's important to look through all the photos of the painting you wish to purchase. I photograph in sunlight or with daylight accurate indoor lighting. As the colours can vary from monitor to monitor, and lighting can affect varnish, I work with this in mind before posting to my sales website. Communication is quite important when purchasing a large painting. Please don't hesitate to reach out and contact me prior to purchasing a fine art original. I am happy to send you more photos and a video or create a mock up for you so that you will have a better sense of how this painting will look in your space.

Generally all sales are final, however having said that, you should be delighted with your painting. Collectors have told me the paintings grow on them more and more, and they are rarely traded. If you are not satisfied, please reach out to me and we can work together to make the situation right. I have offered a 1 week trial on the condition that shipping costs to return the painting is covered by the client. This process seems to work well as so far all paintings have stayed in their new homes. This option must be arranged prior to purchasing the painting.
